About this app

iAccesos is a solution to manage the Mandatory Record of Working Hours, established in art. 10 of Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, of March 8, on urgent measures for social protection and the fight against job insecurity during the working day.

iAccesses allows you to record accesses and exits, identifying the location of the employee with respect to the location of the workplace or the start or end point of the day for mobile employees (technicians, sales force,...)

Additionally, iAccesos allows you to register accesses with incidents or absences, capturing the supporting documents that apply in each case (medical leave, public transport breakdown,...)

All access and exit records can be consulted to generate workday reports that will be kept for the 4 years established by the regulations.
