This app has been nothing but a problem. Can't login half the time and have to call customer service to reset password. Now I can't transfer money between my checking and savings account because it ask for a pin that I never new I had to set up or even no how too. I used to transfer money between accounts with no problem . I don't understand stand why I need a pin when I'm logged into my own account! What a joke

So user friendly. The previous negative comments should be reevaluated. The negativity is from Years ago. The current app/program is quick and efficient. Things and times have changed all for the better. Thank you ECU, I've been a member since 1989.

App never works right. I have to close it several times because it always say an error has occurred when it's first opened. I have uninstalled and reinstalled already.
