Ratings and reviews

Can't even finish the sign up process to add financial institutions. Tried both my USAA and other bank both ending in failures. The USAA account link is blank and goes nowhere. The other bank account looks like it was going to link, then posted a failure to link message. Contacted support via email and they wanted me to email an account statement, routing number, and account number. I declined as I don't really like giving that info out. I question doing further business with them.

Nothing but issues. Would not trust with money. 1st it would not link to my bank (we tried my Android and my hubby's iphone, and attempted several times) weeks of back and forth with support. Finally we got the account set up. A card was sent out and when we tried to activate it, it kept saying invalid card info. (It was correct) so no access to $ on card. I have been trying to reach out to support to cancel and after a month there's still no response now. There's also no phone number.

We loved the app until one weekend my kids said they didn't have any money. When I checked my bank transfer was still pending (which is another issue: transfers take forever)so I told them be patient. Almost a month later, my transfer still haven't gone through and the cards are useless. I emailed the developer and to this day no one has gotten back to me to try to help. My kids are disappointed because now I have to spend time finding and setting up another chore app.
