The new upgrade has made the app unusable. The children's profile no longer load hence can't access almost all features. I've tried logging out, re-installation, and no fix

It is quite alright, but it would be very good if the students could access their notes and other learning materials via the mobile app, and not only the website

This app is very frustrating to use. It frequently crashes, and accessing a document requires clicking through too many folders and subfolders. Documents can't just be viewed directly—they must be downloaded or emailed. The app is not user-friendly. Another major irritation is that it can’t be accessed on a laptop or desktop, so all documents must be read on a phone screen, which is quite limiting.
