Couldn't sign in. What's this Team URL things. Frustrating 😡

I updated the app this morning, completed 7 smart cards, but did not get an option the "Mark Complete" option. Guessed may be it was coz of the update that happened this morning. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. Could not login for quite sometime, as it said someone is already logged in. Post that went to the smartcards that I read and it still is the same. Why cant we mark the individual smart cards as complete now?
