Olive Oil Production Tracker

Track your olive harvest year after year and work out your oil ratio on the spot.

Enter the weight of olives you pressed and the oil you got back, and the app does the rest: your production ratio, how many kilos of olives go into one kilo of oil, and what it takes to fill a 16 KG tin.

Every picking on its own
Record each harvest as it happens, with the date it was picked and the grove it came from. The season adds itself up as you go, and each picking keeps its own ratio — so a wet October pick and a dry November one are easy to tell apart.

Know which grove earns its keep
Name your fields, groves or parcels, note how many trees each holds and how old they average, and the app totals every one of them separately — this season, and across every season you have recorded.

Rain before picking
Mark a harvest as rained-on. Rain swells the fruit and lowers the yield, and now you can see that in your own numbers instead of guessing at it.

However you mill
Cart the whole season to the mill at once, or press each grove as you finish it — say which in Settings and the app follows. Milling once a year, a picking records only its olives and the oil is entered once at the end. Milling grove by grove, each picking carries its own oil, labour and grinding, so you can see what any one of them cost.

Keep your costs straight
Add labor and grinding costs and see your total — plus what 16 KG of oil actually cost you to produce. Note how many people picked, too, so next year has something to be compared against.

Your history, always there
Sign in with Google or Facebook to save each year to your account. Come back anytime, from any phone, and every year you have recorded is waiting for you. Pick any past year to review it or update it.

See the whole picture
The production chart puts all your years side by side, so a good season and a bad one are easy to tell apart at a glance.

Your own copy, in Excel
Export everything to a spreadsheet — a sheet for every picking, a sheet for every season, a sheet for every grove. Read one back in just as easily, and if a year is already recorded the app asks whether the file should replace it before it touches anything.

Send any calculation to whoever needs it, in whatever language you are using the app in.
