Add and update all your pending tasks into your Overall To-Do Task Organizer (aka OTTO) so you can have them all in one place.
Assign task you want to do today to your Daily Responsibilities List (aka DAREL) and check them off when you have completed them.
On a daily basis your DAREL will clear out, completed tasks will be removed from OTTO while unfinished tasks will stay.
Set up recurrent task so that even when completed they stay in OTTO.
