Edecuate

About this app

Edecuate is the calm, complete way to run a tuition or coaching centre: classes, tests, marks, attendance, fees and families, all in one app.

TESTS, WITHOUT THE LATE NIGHTS • Build a question paper in minutes from a checked CBSE question bank — Maths for Classes 6 to 10 and Science for Classes 8 to 10 — for the chapters your batch has actually covered. • Choose the mix: MCQs, fill-in-the-blanks, true/false, short and long answers, assertion–reason and case studies. • Print the paper with its own answer booklet, ready for the class.

MARKING YOU STAY IN CHARGE OF • Photograph each student's answer sheet. Edecuate reads it and suggests marks, question by question. • Anything it isn't sure about is flagged for you. Review those answers, adjust a mark, and confirm. • Nothing reaches a family until you publish.

EVERY CLASS, EVERY WEEK, AT A GLANCE • A weekly timetable for each batch, with week, day and month views. • Add an extra class for one day, or a whole run — every Wednesday and Sunday for a month — in one go. Edecuate checks for clashes, steps over your holidays and tells you which date doesn't fit. • Rooms, tutors and timings, kept straight.

ATTENDANCE AND THE SYLLABUS • Take the register in a few taps; see who has missed classes in a row. • Tick off chapters as you teach them, and see whether each batch is on track to finish by the end of term.

FEES, WITHOUT THE AWKWARDNESS • Set fees by class and subject. Record full or part payments, write off what you won't collect, and see who is overdue at a glance.

ONE LIST OF WHAT NEEDS DOING • Today brings together what needs you: papers to review, results to publish, fees to chase, leave requests, batches waiting for timings.

YOUR TEAM, WITH THE RIGHT ACCESS • Owners, admins and tutors each see what they need. Invite tutors and parents in a tap. • Plan time away and handle leave and rescheduled classes. • Teach at more than one tuition? One sign-in, and switch between them.

A WINDOW FOR PARENTS • Parents see their own child's results, attendance, fees and notices — and nothing of anyone else's. • Consent is asked for and recorded before a child's record is shared, and can be withdrawn at any time.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Sign in with a one-time code — no passwords to remember. • Children's information is never used for advertising. • Delete your account from inside the app whenever you choose.

HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT • Ask the Edecuate team from inside the app and get your answer there.

Edecuate is made for India's tuitions, coaching centres and the families they teach.
