Absolutely useless. When you go to top up in the app, it takes you out of the app and goes straight to the EDF website to top up, so what's the frigging point of having the app? Then 9 times out of 10 after you've managed to top up, you get a message 20 minutes later to say that the credit hasn't reached your meter! Then you have to go to your 'Smart' Meter and manually enter a 20 digit code!! All in the freezing cold if your meter is outside. If your disabled, your knacked.

Awful app, can't request multiple meter balances it's once per day, on the website you can up to 3 per day. Activity history is always giving an error, you can't top up via the app either. Can't look at the energy hub in the app. What does this app do? What is it for? Useless. No incentive to use it whatsoever.

**Update. Since leaving a review that app doesn't work at all. When you try to top up it takes you out of the app and on to the internet. The message says that it's temporary, not sure what passes for temporary with EDF ENERGY but it's already been almost 2 years... Shame I can't give - stars, because that's what it deserves.
