You have just done the worst update to this app. It was easy to use with saved payment info, including multiple saved bank cards. All my saved bank cards have disappeared. Top-ups are updated immediately on the previous one. I have to login with password every time. This never happened with the previous version. You have downgraded the ease of use and functionality of the app. It's a SHAME ON EDF. A MEGA RICH company with BILLIONS in profits can't afford less than £10K to pay for a decent app.

Horrible. Recent update ruined the app. It does not store login details and forces to manually enter all details to log in every time. In order to make a payment I have to manually enter all card details every time despite using the same card. Doing it a few times a month became a chore. I changed password, one week later after update asks to change password. On Pay as You Go it does not update meter reading, just shows morning reading and does not allow to refresh it. Useless for car charging.

I do not have a smart meter by choice. EDF have removed the option to submit meter readings via their webpage, even though the Help section says it should be there, so I downloaded the app. There is a readings option, bur when I go to it the message says 'something went wrong. Try again'. No amount of trying again works. I think this is deliberate to try to force people to get a smart meter.
