Some basic flaws. I just looked at my year to date usage Jan-Apr. The bar chart shows Jan-Mar all identical, but when you tap on each the actual reading is displayed in a box below the chart. The charts should be powerful visual information, but unfortunately are useless a lot of the time. This is basic functionality and should be better by now, it's not a new app. Very disappointing.

New version of the app is worse than the old version, payment details have been removed, and I can't find a way to pay my electric bill but can pay gas and lots of other features seem to be missing and it doesn't remember passwords but keeps asking for face or fingerprints! (I don't want to use face or fingerprints because they are unreasonable). It's frustrating how often these "experts" seem to mess about with this app just make one that works and leaving it alone!

It is very unreliable and frustrating, does not update on time, and notifications are very late sometime after you run out of credit and sometimes it doesn't send any notifications at all, when you try to top up there is always a glitch. On last migration they closed my electricity account and it was a nightmare to get through custom support . They need to improve their service needs to be improved the app on real time. Very bad experience.
