* Update - A couple of weeks after emailing EDF, I can now submit meter readings via the app again. Rating increased * Current version has a bug that won't let you submit readings once it displays a message stating that you appear to have used less electricity than usual. When it does that the 'Confirm meter reading' button doesn't do anything and I have to use the website instead, which is a bit of a pain!

You have just done the worst update to this app. It was easy to use with saved payment info, including multiple saved bank cards. All my saved bank cards have disappeared. Top-ups are updated immediately on the previous one. I have to login with password every time. This never happened with the previous version. You have downgraded the ease of use and functionality of the app. It's a SHAME ON EDF. A MEGA RICH company with BILLIONS in profits can't afford less than £10K to pay for a decent app.

Lots of problems with this app. After submitting numerous meter readings to EDF via the app, I was surprised to discover that there was no historic record of these readings anywhere in the app! Additionally, I recently moved address and decided to remain with EDF. I was given a new account. This new account started with a letter and hyphen before the number. When I tried to log in with the account information, the EDF app interface doesn't recognise this format. I am now unable to use the app.
