My app is stuck in French no matter what I do. my entire device is set for English, and every time I attempt a login it says server connection failed, contact support, but there's no way to do that. its particularly frustrating as the school is sending communications more frequently through this system and I am unable to view them or respond. for an app that the schools are relying on for communications, I'm highly disappointed in the state of it.

Ever since the update a couple weeks ago - Anytime I want to sign in, I have to uninstall and reinstall. Fingerprint scan doesn't work either. I have cleared the cache and everything. Still does not work properly. Would love to know a fix for this or have a patch or something. Even before update it was super quirky to have to sign in as I would have to go back to home screen while the spinning was going on in order to sign in.

The only thing I really like about this app is being able to see my child's grades. Other than that I hate it. I don't get notifications unless I open the app. I don't like that you can't message the teachers. And now I can't even log in due to a "failed connection" This app could have so much potential, but it lacks so much.
