Ratings and reviews

With latest update and outlook, there are major flaws in the app that need to be fixed. Screen freeze and continuous processing is a major one. Appointments booked for Optometrics does not show at all.

Well, I used this SMC application, the old version it was more responsive and fast, but after the full upgrade, it's not much responsive. Moreover, since I have 6 physiotherapy sessions I cant book through the app it's say you can't book more appointments in same department and I must call on customer support and ask to book all 6 appointments. I believe this is a good check-in to the application but not good for physiotherapy sessions.

amazing app. very detailed and easy to navigate. i can also put my own data like a personal medical e-notes.
