The app is pretty clunky. Not intuitive at all. Looks like it hasn't been updated since the late 00's. Has that look and feel to it. Even though you log in, it doesn't know who you are at checkout. It's basically the poor cousin of the web page. Also, the service itself Is sketchy. Apparently they are comfortable delivering gifts a day late without informing the buyer.

The app is simple to navigate. However the PayPal function does not work properly. I tried to place an order twice. And both times I received a timed out error message. Then I was charged twice with no order confirmation... I logged out and logged back in thinking it may have been a glitch or something. Low and behold, nope!!! Now order history, no email confirmation. Just nothing at all.. I logged into my bank app and was charged twice!!!!! You guys definitely need to fix that asap...

Trying to complete my profile and it will not allow me to keeps saying "Sorry, we couldn't find that email address. Please try again or create an Edible Rewards account.". I've deleted and re-download the app signed in and out it acts like I have an account because I can sign in and have received emails from Edible Arrangements. Please advise how to get this resolved, thank you.
