Ratings and reviews

Tours themselves are good & informative. But "live" app for bus arrival times stinks. It just gives x minutes until next scheduled departure from xx stop, instead of actual *live* departure times which can vary a lot depending on traffic. Would be much more helpful and less frustrating to give honest real-time departure times no matter how far off schedule they might be.

Anytime you switch to another app and come back, everything is blank. I have to close out the app and reopen it. Also there is an Easter announcement notification at the top that takes up almost half the screen and you can not get rid of it. Samsung Fold 5.

I had a dreadful experience with this app taking over my Samsung Galaxy 10. I was unable to close the app or even restart my phone. I ended up taking my phone to the Edinburgh Samsung store as I thought my phone was faulty. They did manage to do a hard reset to the phone and explained that this is a glitchy app that was old and unsuited to modern phones. I deleted this app and my phone has been back to normal. I wasted a day unable to take photos or use google maps! Not recommended.
