About this app

The ProctoringX application is a service exclusively for test takers for taking and uploading exams.

Please enter the test site using the QR code for the test you wish to take.

[How to use]

1. Access the test using the QR code on the test information page in the subject LMS.

2. Confirm the test and candidate information and agree to the terms and conditions

- Check test and candidate information
- Consent to use

3. Proceed with preliminary settings according to the instructions.

- Identity verification
- Check device status
- Scan the surrounding environment
- Camera holder

4. When the test begins, record the candidate's side. Recording will automatically end at the end of the test.

5. Upload the recorded video, and the AI ​​supervisor analyzes the video.

[caution]

- Please prepare a smartphone holder for video recording prior to the test.
- Before accessing the test, please complete smartphone settings such as charger connection status, storage space, silent mode, and Bluetooth. (Refer to the test taker’s manual)
- Video recording may be stopped due to notifications, so please temporarily disable notifications from applications such as messengers and calendars during the test.
- Video recording may stop when a disaster text message is received, so please temporarily disable emergency disaster notifications during the test period.
- Settings > Notification > Emergency disaster text, safety information text OFF
- Video recording may be interrupted by phone calls or text messages, so setting the Do Not Disturb mode is recommended.
- Settings > Focus mode > Do not disturb mode / Swipe down from the upper right corner of the screen to open Control Center > Do not disturb mode ON
- Entry is permitted from 1 hour prior to the test start time and up to 30 minutes.
- Please maintain your posture so that you can see your face, both hands, and the PC screen until the end of the test.
- If the app closes while recording or uploading a video, please reconnect using the QR on the test page in the subject LMS.
- Applicants should be aware that it may take additional time to scan the surrounding environment and retry mounting the camera due to reconnection.
- Please complete the video upload within 12 hours from the test start time.
- If you leave the page during upload, an error may occur and you must check whether the upload is complete.

[Access Permissions]

-Camera: Takes test taking videos and pre-setting images.
- Microphone: Records sound for the gaze video.
- Location: Indicates the location of the exam in the report.

- Version: Android 12.0 or higher
- Supported devices: Cell phone models released after 2019 (tablets are not supported)
- RAM: Minimum 2GB / Recommended 4GB
