Constantly this app has dinged me for phone manipulations. For weeks now I've gotten at least one. While going back through some of them. It would appear like at certain times of the day it has dinged me. That to me is a strange occurrence. Or having got dinged at the same stop 2 weeks apart from each other. Please explain to me why in just the last week and a half your app has dinged me for phone manipulations at the same time of day. Your app is woefully inaccurate. Amazon trash this app!!!!

This app directly impacts my job and never in a good way. I can have all "5 star" trips but as soon as I get one "3 star" trip my score plummets 100+ points but somehow once I'm back to all "5 star" trips my score isn't as high as it was. But we are supposed to believe it uses a seven day average score. For an app that is supposed to ensure safety it does the opposite. It is impossible to get up to speed to merge onto highways while staying under 2500 rpms, have much more to say but no room left

I moved to a new state with a CDL for large passenger vehicles. I went through 200+ hours of training and never had any infractions, issues, or accident on the road. Personally, I have a perfect driving record. Due to unforseen circumstances, I now drive for Amazon. This app is a terrible replacement for actual, honest driving feedback/correction. The algorithms used to gather data are arbitrary and have no basis in real scenarios found on the road. Trash, truly trash.
