The new update makes it impossible to log in. When you change screens to get the authorization code by text, voice, or email, you come back to a blank EdFed screen with nowhere to enter to code. I have to retrieve the code from a different device or my landline phone. Not good!!! It's no longer "mobile" banking by phone. There is no Update option for the app, so I deleted and then reinstalled the app -- no improvement.

Oh my god is this app buggy as hell. It's absolutely terrible like genuinely bad. I have to tap a few times for it to register, half the time it signs me out randomly, sometimes the forgot password button disappears, and sometimes it crashes out of nowhere. I like the edfed card alot don't get me wrong, but the app itself is absolute trash that they should fix asap.

It's more or less the same as the old one, but you have to set it up again. It took 598 taps to go through every single month from now (Oct 2021) to my DOB (Dec 1971). This is terrible programming/design. Every other app that asks for this information has drop down menus for month, day, and year. I'm angry, so one star.
