I once was happy (50+ yrs) with this CU. Since it became Fed loopEx, my log in and "help" experience has been terrible. Since I now live in KY, this is unacceptable. Once I "get in," the banking service is fine.

It's more or less the same as the old one, but you have to set it up again. It took 598 taps to go through every single month from now (Oct 2021) to my DOB (Dec 1971). This is terrible programming/design. Every other app that asks for this information has drop down menus for month, day, and year. I'm angry, so one star.

The app works fine for me. If you're having trouble logging in and creating a new password use the account number on your bank statement not the version that shows on your checkbook. I was having trouble logging in at first but used my bank statement account number and was able to log in and change my password. It shows the instructions on a video on the bank's website. Only gave 4 stars because the birthdate field on the application was ridiculous to use.
