Available balance does not reflect any pending transaction. lay out of the app is cumbersome. navigation through alerts is more difficult than it needs to be...

Put in all the correct information and it apparently can't find record of me. Can't get to the page to setup a new password. My mom is having a similar issue. This app is terrible.
