Three quick games make up your daily brain workout. MemoryFocus brings together brain training games for memory, attention, and focus, with a daily round when you don’t want to choose and a game library when you do. Play through the day’s lineup, try a single challenge, or come back to an unfinished round when you have time.
Start with the daily round
Some days you want to replay a favorite. Other days, it’s easier to open the app and get started. The daily round gives you three different games in one short session. You can move from remembering a pattern to paying attention to a rule or picking out a detail, rather than playing the same kind of challenge three times. It’s a handy option when you have a break between tasks or want a puzzle before sitting down to study.
Pick a game that suits you
• Memory games. Remember which cells appeared in a grid, recall numbers, or look for matching pairs. The challenges give you different things to remember: a position, a sequence, or where you last saw a match.
• Focus and attention games. Look for what’s different, work through numbers in order, or follow the rule in a color-and-word challenge. These games give you a specific detail or rule to follow.
• Routes, symbols, and reverse order. Try a route, look for a target symbol, or work with a sequence in reverse. If one kind of puzzle is becoming familiar, switch to a game that asks you to pay attention in a different way.
The game library lets you browse by Memory or Attention. Choose a single game when you want to practice that type of challenge, or use the daily round for variety. If you need to stop partway through a game, you can return to your saved round later.
Track your progress in the app
Use the practice calendar to see which days you played. The results screen lets you revisit past sessions, check your personal bests, and see the rewards you’ve earned. If you’re trying to beat a score, come back to the same game and compare it with your own record. If you’re building a routine, use the calendar to see how often you play.
Practice when it works for you
Set a daily reminder for a time that suits your schedule, change the time when your routine changes, or turn reminders off altogether. Choose a light or dark theme, and switch between English, Russian, and Ukrainian in the app settings.
If you’re looking for brain games for adults that fit around work or study, start with one round. You don’t need to make time for a long session to try the different styles of play. Come back for the next daily round, or pick a challenge from the library and see how it compares with the last time you played.
MemoryFocus is a collection of games for practicing specific tasks. Your in-app scores reflect how you played those games; they aren’t an IQ score or a medical assessment.
