Not even responding. And even not returning my money back. I purchased a course and study material more than 16 days have passed but no response is received from their team's end, no one is receiving my call not replying to my messages. I haven't seen such irresponsible behaviour from any education platform. They are just playing from an aspirant's sentiments.

The order does not arrive on time. When I call and ask, they behave rudely. The book is delivered 2 months after the order is placed or the coaching centre is providing very poor service.

I placed an order for a book on Exampur, but my mobile number was entered incorrectly by mistake. I immediately contacted customer support by phone, sent an email, and also raised a support request through the app. However, no action was taken to update my mobile number or resolve the issue.
