I am disappointed with the delivery experience. I placed this order on the 4th, but there were no updates in the tracking status for several days. Later, the delivery date was pushed too far ahead. Since this was an exam-related purchase, timely delivery was very important. Because of the delay and lack of updates, I had to cancel the order. I hope delivery timelines and tracking updates can be improved for students who depend on such orders for their preparation
