About this app

EduJet Scanner is the official companion app for schools running the EduJet school management portal. Designed for teachers and attendance officers, it turns any Android phone into an instant QR-code attendance terminal — no paper registers, no manual entry.
How it works

Point the camera at a student or staff ID card QR code. The app looks up the record on your school's EduJet server in seconds and lets you confirm the action with a single tap. That's it — the record is saved directly to your school database.
Student attendance

Scan a student's ID card QR code to pull up their name and class instantly. Mark them Present or Absent with one tap. Every scan is logged on screen so you can review the session at a glance.
Staff clock-in / clock-out

Switch to Staff mode to scan staff ID cards. The app shows today's clock status for each staff member and lets you record a Clock In or Clock Out. Late arrivals are flagged automatically based on your school's configured schedule.
