It's a good app. I just got 1 issue. My child's transport fees were due for three months. The app must have shown me notification that the fee is due. but this didn't happen. I opened the app after a long time and found the late fee added to my account and ended up paying the fine. please suggest how I can prevent this from happening in the future.

The transaction is not seamless, amount debited, but not updated in records and reflecting pending. Again this application disappointed. on 7th February 26, paid fee through UPI app option. payment debited but reflecting pending. the integration with bank and the UPI application not seamless, absolutely disrupted and pathetic. there is no option of negative rating otherwise It doesn't deserve for 1 star rating.

customer care service is pathetic.. one of the most unprofessional customer care team i ever interacted. CC team knows only about OTP / password reset and if anyone ask beyond it, their behaviour would be horrible rude.. this app is not a big deal , it's just an ERP, anyone new can destroy their market , but only CC can save which is missing like anything
