After the latest EduNext Parent App update, in Apply Leave → Reason, the keyboard opens only when tapping the “Reason” label, not when tapping inside the rich-text box. Once typing starts, the entered text is not visible in the box. The text becomes visible only after submitting the leave. Kindly fix this issue for a smoother leave application experience. ---- Update – 14 August 2026 Issue Resolved – Thank You! Thank you for addressing the issue promptly.

The app is too laggy when opened for the first time. Also, the UI experience needs improvement. The app's opening and closing animations are completely missing. I tested the same app on both Samsung and Motorola phones, and the behavior is the same, while other apps show the normal Android opening/closing animations smoothly. This suggests the issue is likely related to the app's Activity/window transition implementation rather than the phone.

the overall app is very good and I have been using it for over a year. But the problem started In june of 2026,my son returned a book called the Alchemist to the school after issuing it. but it has been showing that it isn't returned to the school. The problem has been going on for around 2 months. we even met with his library teacher, he showed me the book i want the problem to be fixed before the end the year
