About this app

Eduo is a school management app that connects parents, teachers and schools. Follow attendance, homework, exams, results, fees, study materials, announcements and school updates from one secure app.

Eduo is designed for parents, guardians and teachers registered with a participating school. A registered mobile number provided to the school is required to sign in.

For parents and guardians

Stay informed about your child’s education and everyday school activities:

• View daily attendance in a simple calendar
• Check present, absent and late records
• Follow homework and classroom assignments
• View examination schedules, marks and results
• Access class- and subject-wise study materials
• Receive school announcements and notifications
• Review school fees, due dates and payment records
• Switch between children linked to your account

For teachers

Manage essential classroom activities directly from your phone:

• Mark and update student attendance
• Create and publish homework and assignments
• Track assignment completion for each student
• Enter examination marks individually
• Import marks using an Excel workbook
• Upload study materials by class and subject
• Publish announcements for assigned classes
• Manage class fees when authorised as a class teacher

Role-based access ensures that parents see information related to their children and teachers access only the school features and classes assigned to them.

Study materials

Teachers can share notes, documents, spreadsheets, images, useful links and YouTube learning resources. Schools may connect their own Google Drive account to manage uploaded study materials.

School communication

Important announcements, assignment reminders, examination information and other school notifications are delivered directly through Eduo. Email and push notifications may also be available depending on the school’s configuration.

Secure school access

Eduo does not provide public self-registration. User accounts are created and managed by participating schools. Parents and teachers sign in using their registered mobile number and a one-time password.

Available features may vary according to the user’s role and the settings enabled by their school.

Eduo does not display third-party advertisements or sell personal information.
