EduRole puts your student record in your pocket.

EduRole connects you directly to your university or college so you can check your enrolment, follow your results, settle your fees and keep your details current — without queuing at an office or waiting for a reply by email.

Enrolment details
View the programme you're registered for, your year and semester of study, and the courses on your current enrolment. Confirm at a glance that your registration is exactly as it should be.

Grades and results
See your published results as soon as your institution releases them, course by course, with your overall standing across the semesters you've completed.

Payments and balance
Check your outstanding balance, review your payment history, and pay your fees from your phone. Every transaction is reflected against your student account at your institution.

Keep your information up to date
Update your contact details, address and next-of-kin information so your institution can always reach you, and so your records stay accurate when it matters — at registration, at graduation, and every point in between.

Built on your institution's own system
EduRole is not a separate copy of your student record. The app talks to your institution's system directly: what you see is what your registry and finance offices see, and what you submit goes to them.

Your data stays between you and your institution
Everything you enter or view is sent directly to your university or college. Your information is never stored, sold or shared with any third party, and no outside company holds a copy of your academic or financial record.

Sign in with the student credentials issued by your institution. If your institution has not yet enabled EduRole, contact your registry or ICT department.
