Your Pharmacy in Your Pocket.

eEcza is a pharmacy management application designed for your pharmacy's inventory, sales, and warehouse purchases. It works in conjunction with the eEcza system running on your pharmacy's computer.

SCAN THE BARCODE, SEE THE CONDITIONS
Scan the product's barcode with your camera; see your inventory, sales rate, and the price and MF conditions in your connected warehouses all on one screen. Understand immediately whether it's worth buying and under what conditions it's more profitable.

NEEDS PLAN
Prepare how much of each product you need to purchase based on sales forecasts. See the needs for the end of the month, 15 days, 1 month, and longer periods side-by-side; you determine the quantity.

PURCHASE LIST AND WAREHOUSE TRANSFER
Edit your list on your phone, select the MF condition, and transfer it to the warehouses. The transfer is done on your pharmacy's computer, and you can track the result from your phone.

ACCURATE MF CALCULATION
You will clearly see which condition the quantity you entered corresponds to, how many units were received free of charge, and what the unit cost is.

OUT OF STOCK LIST AND MF ALERTS
Add products that are not available in the warehouses to the list, and we will notify you when they are available. Receive notifications when the MF condition is activated for the products you are tracking.

SHELF ANALYSIS
Take a photo of the shelf; match the products on the shelf with your stock, and separate missing, excess, best-selling, and low-selling products.

TRANSFER AND JOINT PURCHASING
If you have more than one pharmacy, balance products between pharmacies and plan purchases together. See the stock and needs of your other pharmacies in the product details.

REPORTS
Access your sales and purchase reports from anywhere.

To use eEcza, you need an eEcza account and eEcza installed on your pharmacy's computer. The application is for pharmacists and pharmacy employees.
