I have been scammed and ripped off with this app so many times! I have lost multiple rewards. I'll notice I have a $5.00 reward, drive up to location, and it's gone! I regret not using them when I've chosen to save the reward because when I've gone back to try to use it, it's gone. I sometimes think that it may not be the app, but the employees use our rewards. Not to mention that my order is always missing something, EVERY single time! I'm not exaggerating that either. Straw, spoon, food!

hard to order and customize order. The app requires you to select grinder style to place the order even if you don't want it. interface is very confusing and difficult to use. You have to use one section for removing things from your order while another to add. buggy and not user friendly. also when you arrive at the store, they don't start making your order until you are in store, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead!

Terrible since the so-called "update". Several times now my pre-ordered food was not ready, because the store didn't receive the ticket. I discovered that somehow in the order it has the correct pick up time, but the final confirmation page says 3 AM. Yes, 3 AM. They're not even open at that time. No wonder the store didn't get the ticket. Apparently the developers don't care much, because I haven't seen any responses or at least acknowledgements of all the one star reviews. POOR PERFORMANCE!!
