If you are a Colsanitas or Medisanitas user, download our app where you can access our services and manage your prepaid medicine procedures from wherever you are.

Here you can:

- Make the payment of your invoices, advance payments or payments of inclusions and new contracts

- Check the history of payments made

- Manage your payment methods

- Request, cancel and reschedule appointments with doctors in our infrastructure

- Request authorizations for diagnostic or surgical medical services and
check the status of each of them

- Access the Medical Directory, see the location and the fastest route. You will also be able to rate your experience

- Activate travel insurance and request the activation certificate for medical assistance abroad
