I created account. Entered in my home location. Filled cost rates and times - a total nightmare and no help anywhere. Charged. Levee recorded it. Then I came back. I was walked through registration again?! I stopped at the time and cost of charging page after more interrupting confusing messages. Not deleting it yet but it's moving that way. Needs to be easy to use and reliable.

Not bad but crashing regularly and sometimes history of charging is not full for some reasons. +reduced to 3* because now when looking for a charging station, after I click one and if i need to see others, need to start over- the app doesn't show the same location of the map. very annoying. do you even use your app?

I liked driving my electric car until I switched to eevee. the app regularly fails to show the chargers, it can't plan a road trip, can only list local chargers, but this is such an unknown company it is integrated to nothing so I can't even use google maps by selecting the supported chargers... from a 1 click and follow the navigation system concept I am back to driving until I can and then stopping and searching for a charger for 10 minutes. this adds 1 extra hour to a 9 hour trip
