About this app

Efashe is a digital payments platform built for Rwanda. Pay utility bills, buy airtime across networks, send money and access loans, all from one secure app.

Bills and utilities
- Buy airtime across MTN and Airtel for yourself or for others.
- Purchase prepaid electricity tokens, delivered by SMS, and buy voice and internet bundles.
- Pay your tax using your tax reference number.
Customers without an account can buy airtime and electricity other means of payment

Payments and transfers
Send money to Efashe users, eKash accounts, banks and mobile money networks. Pay merchants by scanning their code, approve payment requests you receive, and cash out through our agents where available.

Loans
Apply for a loan, including small business loans, and track your application from start to finish. Manage repayments, view your schedule and set up standing orders. Soko Loan partners can follow their sponsored loans and fees in one place.

Records and security
View your full transaction history, download statements as PDF or CSV, and save receipts for any payment. Your account is protected by your PIN, with fingerprint or face sign-in on supported devices. Review trusted devices and manage push notifications at any time.
