• Self-onboarding functionality: Customers can register for online channel access without having to go to the bank. It is also very convenient and easy to onboard through our mobile app.

• Dashboard: Personalized your own dashboard and customized according to your preferences. A default dashboard is displayed as the user navigates to the personalized dashboard option. Users can change the position of the dashboard and can drag and drop new widgets available from the list of widgets.

• The retail dashboard: Displayed in the form of widgets. It follows the creative concept of cards which results in an organized dashboard that engages the user and displays information that is easy to decipher.

• Current and Saving Accounts details: Get a holistic view of your Current and Saving accounts details with just one glance through our summary page.

• Fixed deposit details: Get to see the maturity details of your fixed deposit and manage your financials accordingly.

• Online cheque book request: The cheque book request feature enables customers to request a new cheque book online. Customers can also specify the number of cheque books required.

• Statement request: Customers can also request their past month’s statements online without having to go to the branch.

• Mobile prepaid top up and data package facility via Oracle Digital Banking Experience (OBDX) application.
