HOW IT WORKS

For Stores:
- Browse available items and place orders directly with your supply center
- Track order status in real time — from submission through delivery
- View complete order history with item-level delivery status
- Get notified when orders are accepted, in production, packed, or out for delivery
- Confirm delivered items and flag any issues (missing, damaged, or returned) directly in the app

For Supply Centers:
- Receive and review incoming orders from multiple stores in one place
- Accept or reject orders with a single tap
- Print approved orders for internal processing
- Update order status through each stage: Approved, In Production, Packing, Ready for Delivery
- Assign drivers to approved and packed orders for delivery
- Monitor delivery progress and view completed order records

For Drivers:
- Receive assigned delivery orders directly in the app
- Update status when starting a delivery
- Mark orders as delivered upon completion
