Products: The "Products" area offers you a comprehensive overview and insight into all of the power tools Metabo offers. In addition to product properties, this section also describes our extensive safety features.

My registered products: Under "My registered products," you can find all the details on your registered Metabo product, such as available services, your warranty certificate, your purchase date, and our dealers.

Register new product: You can register your purchased products for the Metabo XXL warranty, and Metabo FULL Service, as well as upload associated invoices via 2D Matrix Code scan. How? Just use the camera on your smartphone to scan the 2D code on the product.

Dealer search: You can use the dealer search to easily and quickly find nearby Metabo dealers.

I want to like it, but I'm not sure what the added value here is. The product search seems OK I guess, but the vendor search is failing despite having GPS rights and GPS turned on. Tried scanning a new product which works out of the box with the QR code located on the machine. (Didn’t actually complete the process because I have no new product at home.)

This app is useless. Extremely buggy and will not let you simply create an account so you can register your tools. But the app won't let you do anything without creating an account which it will not let you do because it keeps redirecting you to a dead link. This has turned at once happy metabo customer into I will never buy another tool from them because I'm stuck with a bunch of tools I can't register

Very poor,,,, have tried over and over and over,,,,,, still trying to log in,,,,, invalid user,,, invalid credentials,,, that user is already taken,,,, sent link to email OK,,,, reset password OK,,,, then cannot log in to app,,,, metabo service seem to have zero care,,, I have metabo products for many years and are great tools,,,, sadly can't say the same for warranty nightmare, online service fail, after sales no care,,,, wish I had purchased something else rather than buying and supporting
