Booked the appointment multiple times. Never ever got any call. Need to call the customer service multiple times to have a technician at home. The technicians also are so casual. It's frustrating. I replaced the motor. I still haven't got the receipt or warranty card. These guys have thick skin. After so many escalation calls, they simply refuse to improve. Good that I took basic service and not the expensive one.

Worst app ever,it only works when you have to change the filters which involves a lot of money,but when it is time for the service through amc, you have to go through a lot of ordeal,I had booked for service 3 times since,but so farno one has attended,the service technicians are the busiest people I guess,no direct contact phone numbers,you have only one option of ivrs.now I am certain that Eureka Forbes believes only in sales and not service,I will certainly uninstall this app, it's useless.

It's been a month that I'm trying to get filters replaced and even after paying for AMC no technician showing up. I have called IVRS multiple times and they had only answer " Sorry for Inconvenience we will inform our backend team and solve your issue" which never happens. This app doesn't work real time it's totally bugged.
