Efnouti is a church management platform built for the Arabic-speaking church.
Designed with Coptic Orthodox churches in mind, Efnouti gives servants, deacons and priests one place to keep track of the families they serve — on the phone, in the church, and offline when there is no signal.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Families and people — keep a full record of every family in the church: members, relationships, contact details, addresses and photos. Arabic names are matched intelligently, so the same person is never entered twice under a different spelling.
• Attendance — record attendance for meetings, classes and services in seconds. Works fully offline and syncs automatically the moment you are back on a network.
• Pastoral care (افتقاد) — plan, log and follow up on pastoral visits. See at a glance who has not been visited recently and who needs attention.
• Services and structure — mirror your church's real structure, from the whole church down to an individual class, with the right people seeing the right information.
• Insights — attendance trends, birthdays, and follow-up lists that tell you where to put your time this week.
• Service chat — a private conversation for the servants of each service, with reporting, blocking and moderation tools built in.
ARABIC FIRST, NOT ARABIC LATER
Efnouti was written in Arabic from the first line. Right-to-left layout, Arabic search that understands how names are really spelled, and a full English interface for anyone who prefers it — switchable at any time.
BUILT FOR REAL CONDITIONS
Church halls have bad signal. Efnouti keeps working: record attendance, add a person or log a visit with no connection at all, and everything syncs when you are back online.
PRIVACY AND ACCESS
Efnouti is used by church staff, not the general public. Joining an existing church is by invitation from that church's administrator only. Each church's data is strictly separated from every other church's, and every servant only sees the services they actually serve in.
