It is a decent app. I just wish that they made it more user friendly for Android users. On an iPhone you are able to make notes to the call. The apps must have had an update or something because now Android users can be in route, clear calls, etc.. the only thing you can't do on an Android is add notes, but once that is fixed the app will be great!

Constantly crashes and now after the latest update I can not get the self dispatch or the cad to work at all. It used to work prior to the update and still does with an IPad but this app is all but useless for any android device which wasn't what was told to my department when we made the considerable investment to "Upgrade" to EForce. Very disappointing.

Upgraded on Android to eForce 2.4.5.3 and now experiencing app crash or restart everytime I access it. This is a great tool, but stability on Android really could use improvement.
