The E-Freight information system is designed to automate the processes of documentary support for air cargo transportation, interaction between participants in the logistics chain, and exchange of information with government regulatory authorities.
The system provides a centralized digital platform for interaction between the following participants in the processes:
- airlines;
- freight forwarders and shippers (legal entities);
- aviation security services;
- airport representatives (cargo terminals, dispatchers);
- government agencies, including the Civil Aviation Committee, customs authorities and the Ministry of Agriculture.
The main purpose of the System is to ensure seamless, reliable and transparent electronic document management, including preliminary information, registration of air waybills, registration of cargo transactions, generation of acts, declarations and reporting forms.
