The primary objective of this mobile application is to ensure superior service delivery by engaging stakeholders to take ownership and building a sustainable enterprise. This includes:
• Enable customers to access their services accounts on a mobile platform to request services, follow up the progress of ongoing services, and raise queries and complaints among others.
• Enable field personnel to access real-time data including but not limited to: work orders completion, materials requests, escalations, referencing information library (O&M Manuals), incident reporting, and collection of information through asset tag scanning and recording of energy readings.
• Enable service assurance teams to provide oversight on real-time basis while on the go including QHSE management.
• Enable executive management to access real-time performance reports including dashboards, escalations and KPI Compliance reports while on the go.
• Enable partners (Subcontractors) to access their work schedules and provide completion status on real-time basis while in the field.
