EFU Life Insurance app is not working properly and is very disappointing. Important features like service requests, payment history, renewal updates, and request status are not showing. Only policy number and next due payment are visible, which is not enough for customers to track their policy properly. Earlier, email updates were sent for every request, but for the last year there has been no proper response or notification system working. Despite app updates, the issue is still not fixed.

The app doesn't provide much of creatures or details to policy holders. It only tells you the Policy Number and the Contribution amount. It has recently been malfunctioning and not providing any info at all. The developers need to work on it further and make it useful for the policy holders. Long way to go.

Worst ever app in my life. I have have tried several times in few weeks but after putting the safety pin not showing any message further and safety pin time out ..... tried many times always same issue. even after connecting concerned person no action from their side. irresponsible, IT people fails to solve, should do serious efforts to bring competent people.
