It's great to have app like this for life insurance clients, But I think there should be more details about plan in developed countries apps have more details and more convenient and some form should be added like reinstatement, SHD, Alteration, surrunder, change of nominee, so that clients outside Pakistan feel more easy for any change in their policy by downloading the form and after sign can upload personally. Last thing if any client apply for any services like payment details must be fast

1. When a service request is put up, an in app message is received with 15 days validity. When one clicks the "view details"; it won't work. 2. The payment method is very limited. Instead of connecting it to the policy holder bank account, it has a very narrow scope of payment options. 3. When the policy premium is paid online, it's not updated in time. Mostly one still receives ab email for policy premium payment. Service request in the app is useless in this regard.

The worst experience... The UI is broken going off the screen! After registration, I got success notification on my email. When tried to login, failed... Tried to go through forgot password process, got the error that I am not registered... What the hell is going on with the company 😠😠😠
