Ratings and reviews

Great app and very convenient, however uploading photos for an accident report is problematic. The app will accept a photo and not another (all within the specified size and format). When you restart the whole process, it will accept the one it didn't accept before, and the one it did accept before is not accepted.

app does not work !!!!!! had a minor accident other day wated to report but while uploading imagine its keep showing up error. fix it because at the time of accident there's no other option. had to let the guy go and now I'll have to fix the car by myself.

I was involved in a minor traffic accident today, and unfortunately, the application repeatedly failed with the message 'Sorry for the inconvenience, the application is currently not available" It's extremely frustrating that an app designed for such emergencies was unusable when it was needed most. To make matters worse, when I went to the Traffic Police at Lulu Dana Mall-they asked for an appointment, but it's not reasonable to expect someone to have scheduled an appointment before an accident
