Ejark is a digital real estate rental platform in Egypt that helps landlords and tenants access a clearer and more organized rental experience, from the initial search or listing of a unit to application acceptance and the start of communication.

With Ejark, you can use the same account depending on your needs: search for a unit as a tenant, or list your unit as a landlord. You can easily switch between floors within the app.

For tenants: Browse rental units in an organized way, view photos, details, location, and price, save suitable properties for later reference, and then send an expression of interest to the landlord directly within the app. You can track the status of each application, seeing if it's still under review, accepted, or rejected, saving you time spent on messages and calls.

Once an application is accepted, your contact information will appear, allowing you to start a conversation at a convenient time after the landlord has reviewed your application and information within the app.

For landlords: Add your unit in a clear and straightforward manner, including essential details, photos, location, price, and specifications. You can also upload ownership documents or supporting documents for review within the platform, resulting in a more complete and clear listing for potential tenants.

Through the owner dashboard, you can track the status of your listing, receive interest requests, review applicant information, view their trust level, and then accept or reject the request. This allows you to receive more serious and organized requests instead of random contact outside the app.

Trust Levels in Your Rental:

The app uses trust levels to help both parties understand the completeness of the information and the review process within the platform:

• Bronze Level: Initial account use after basic verification.

• Silver Level: A higher level after completing the information, uploading the required documents, and their review.

• Gold Level: An advanced level planned as the service develops and additional verification steps are implemented.

Users can also add an optional trust link to their profile, which helps the other party identify them more clearly when reviewing the request and increases the chances of a successful agreement.
