Track projects and track progress by task and phase
Create and upload field reports and daily updates
Record activities and link them to assigned projects
Upload supporting attachments to reports (images/documents) when needed
Internal workflows linked to financial procedures (such as disbursement/approval requests) within the company
Access permissions based on role (engineer, contractor, management, finance) to ensure privacy and control
