Just signed up for free trial. So far I have found out that the app requires me to bypass the data saver and battery saver functions. Also, the app requires access to all of the files and photo's on the phone. It seems when you are trying to add cust's you can't pull addresses from your contact list. No texting to customers unless you have a pay-to-play Twilio account. WoW!

Each update it cancels my logs when I try to take and add a picture. Consistent issue that happens every few pools and after I have to re enter log info and take a picture for the fifty time, just to have the app force cancel the log entry; I say screw it and move on. It's becoming a waste of time. Update 2/22/22: app still crash's when taking a picture and now occurs nearly every log entry. Extremely frustrating when on the job. I only use this because the outfit I work for does.

Been using this app for about 4 years, i can't tell you how helpful it has been for me. i can see what jobs my guys are on, when they leave, get my invoices out the same day thanks to the emails i receive after the jobs are completed. Everyone using it can access maps to each customer through this app, my customers know when we were on sight right away, and it's easy to use. They keep making improvements, & anytime i have ever had a question or struggled with anything response time is w in mins
