The Eggrider Display is very nice for those who like to have a compact design e-bike displays. This app is required if you need to have access to more data and also to customize your controller settings. The app however, is long due to be overhauled, all infos on it are in text format and appears all over the phone screen. They could improve the look of it by using nice graphics instead of just text. Also, when using in landscape mode, the information on it doesn’t scale and text that should appear larger are in fact smaller. Very annoying. Come on Eggrider developers, you can do better than this and improve the look of your apps with graphics, as it is now, data is shown all over the screen and hard to read… it almost remind me the old Microsoft's MS-DOS Operating system… Cheers

Totally unreliable reconnection with the device. Sometimes it reconnects fine, other times you're left trying various combinations of restarting the app, restarting Eggrider, restarting the Bluetooth for 10 minutes until it finally decides to reconnect. Unfortunately I have had to disable "locked until connects with the app" otherwise I just stand there with my bike, ready to go, looking like a lemon until I finally persuade it to connect.

Overly complicated, completely unintuitive. Lots of mumbo jumbo in the settings not explained at all. Even though the display is great, it has a lot of info, a lot of potential, but the settings and the app destroy the usefulness. The user simply feels lost at all of those settings, what they are for, how chaining those changes the performance, and so many settings and parameters are a complete mystery. You have to think and calculate in x100mV and mA for Christ's sake, this is crazy and absurd. This is a superb example of how NOT to develop a product, i.e. when engineers think everyone thinks like them and wants the same options they do. Just simplify it and don't force users to become engineers.
