The application is good, tws device (quietbuds neo) sounds awesome in its price category. But the device itself has a major touch issue that will auto restart any song that you currently play. It cannot be turned off from app. App only offers to configure "tap" touch. Registration is not mandatory, you can use the app without registering an account.

absolute hot garbage. refuses to pair with my quietbuds 3 in first time pair and when regular connection. also i cant login into an existing account, only register for some reason. pls fix

first of all, the speaker has great value imho! the sound is so balanced with rooms for basshead and treblehead alike. now for the app, I really like the add device feature and the customization that comes with it. the UI is pretty intuitive. but I think could add more depth, for example, the RGB lighting could really use a customized color (hue editor and whatnot). but overall, the app really has a seamless experience from your device to your speaker. kudos, guys! keep up the good work!
