Never allows me to go pass checkout! app is always unavailable and having issues. Needs more functionality because it is not up to par for an app that i supposedly readily available. Might as well go in person to do all that is required because the app DOES NOT WORK. How can an application be down for over 24hr - ridiculous

I got a traffic ticket for driving through a yellow light. I have been trying to pay this ticket before I leave the island. It has been about 5 days that I have been trying. I try in the early morning, evening, and night, and none work. This app is set up for you to fail. I would not recommend this app to anyone to use. go in the tax office and get it done.

App has been down from October and they have not fixed it. while its very convenient to use it think it needs to updated. TAJ need to sort it out
