I have gotten 3 tickets, and I still can't pay the last 2 using the app. The 1st and 2nd tickets are about a year and a half apart. The ticket is found but it can't add payment. I get an error when I try to add payment. Now to tax office again.

App is useless in its present iteration: always returns error "cannot load payment info". Had to login on website before I was able to pay Fitness fee. I'm sorry to say but there's a distinct difference in reliability between first world apps and those developed in third world countries....at least that's the case in Jamaica

I am not sure if when you designed this app if anyone tried resetting a password on it. It makes absolutely no sense what so ever. You are asking me to enter the email to get the password reset link the I need to input the username and the verification code plus answer a security question. Then you are telling me that the new password will be sent to my username. The username is not an email address so I am not sure how I am supposed to get a password for the account.
