The app gets automatically logged out when i remove it from running apps. So instead of logging it 'n' times in a day, i finally decided not to open the app at all, cause it is so frustating! I talked to the technical team twice in this month, none could rectify. I hardly used the app for 5 hours overall this month, for what did i even pay?! Need to improve the app a lot. Also I wish the bits were more properly arranged into chapters. Explainations under the bits could be better.

Suddenly after the latest update it's showing my account is suspended. It's only possible to use the account after logging in with the OTP then how can someone missuse it and it's obvious people will use it in more than one device like mobile and tablet . I would like to raise a small request. E gurukul app already causes a lot of trouble on technical ground and in logging in so please make it less troublesome for the students and make it a bit more accessible.
