About this app

Fichómetro is your company's working time record in a simple app. Everyone clocks in from their phone, checks their hours and requests their holidays. The company keeps everything in order and ready to show to the labour inspectorate.

FOR THE PEOPLE WHO CLOCK IN
• Clock in, take a break and clock out in one tap, with the server's time: nobody can change it from the phone.
• On site or remote work.
• No signal? The entry is saved and sent automatically when the connection comes back.
• Your monthly record, with the hours of each day.
• If you make a mistake, request a correction with its reason. The original entry is always kept.
• Your shifts, holidays and leave, with an up-to-date balance.
• Reminders if you forget to clock in or out.
• The app in Spanish, English, Catalan, Galician and Basque.

FOR THE COMPANY
• Who is working, who is on a break and who has not clocked out, live.
• Weekly or monthly shift rota, with warnings about rest periods, maximum hours and public holidays.
• Holidays, absences and hour bank.
• Several sites or workplaces.
• A kiosk at the entrance to clock in with a PIN or a QR card.
• Monthly summary with each person's acknowledgement.
• PDF and Excel exports with a verification code, and temporary read-only access for the inspectorate.
• The legal documents for the record, prepared with your company's details.
• Access for your payroll advisor, who downloads the hours for the payslips.

PRIVACY
Fichómetro does not collect your GPS location. If you turn on fingerprint or face unlock, your phone checks it: Fichómetro never receives or stores that data. The camera is only used to read the kiosk QR code.
