Start small. Pick one habit to track. Set a daily, weekly, or monthly goal. The app reminds you when it's time, and you tap to log your progress.
Track anything: drinking water, reading, exercise, meditation, journaling, or quitting bad habits. Each habit gets its own card with a progress bar.
🔔 Why do I keep falling off track?
Because you forget. That's why reminders exist here. Set them for any time, and the app sends a notification to bring you back.
Need a break on weekends? Turn on quiet hours for specific days.
📊 Can I see my progress over time?
Yes. The contribution grid shows your history at a glance, like those green squares on GitHub. Darker colors mean you hit more of your goal. Lighter colors mean you showed up but didn't finish.
You'll spot patterns fast. Maybe you're consistent on weekdays but drop off on Sundays.
🔥 What about my streaks?
The app counts consecutive days (or weeks, or months) you've met your goal. Miss a day and you'll know. There's a "streak ending" warning too, so you can catch it before it breaks.
📅 What's the calendar view for?
Tap a habit to see your monthly calendar. Every day shows how much you logged. A bar chart plots your daily progress across the month.
Below that: total progress, current streak, best day, and completion rate.

Tap any day on the calendar and edit the count. Past or present, you control your data.

As many as you want. No limit. Drag to reorder them. Each one has its own goal, frequency, and reminder settings.

Tap the plus button on a habit card to add one. If you overshoot, tap minus to subtract. The progress bar updates instantly.
